Sunday 6th September 2020 – One Day Practice Event

Following guidance from the ACU and AMCA plan to return to motor sport Mortimer will be holding a ONE DAY PRACTICE EVENT on SUNDAY 6th SEPTEMBER 2020. This event is open to all Pre 1960 to 1974 Classic Solo Machines & Classic Pre 1984 Twinshock Four stroke Sidecar Machines. Entries are now closed.

The Club has made the decision that there will be NO SPECTATORS at any trials, scrambles, or practice events.

We would like to thank you for your continuous support to Mortimer Classic MCC during these uncertain times.


WASP Celebration Trophy Cancelled

On behalf of Mark Ramplee, it is with a heavy heart to announce that this years WASP CELEBRATION TROPHY is CANCELLED.

This decision has not been taken lightly, it has been decided that due to social distancing and additional restrictions to both competitors and spectators. It is the sensible thing to do in the current situation. Mark feels it is best if we wait until we can do the celebration and trophy justice.


We Need Marshals!

Without them we can’t run our classic scrambling meetings for obvious safety reasons.

Being a marshal at a Mortimer Classic Scrambles meeting does have its benefits.-Free entry to a great days racing-Paid £30-Free lunch and a hot drink-Water at the marshal station.

You must be over 18 years old to qualify as a marshal. If you are interested in being a marshal for the 2020 scramble season or even just one meeting.
